He served as the Director of VTRUST Property Co., Ltd, a leading company offering a wide range of property services and solutions. He is also the President of the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA), a non-profit organization advocating for the interests and standards of the property profession in Cambodia. Mr. Soknim holds an MBA from Norton University and has extensive experience in banking, management, and real estate. As a public figure with a strong network and reputation in the industry, he is dedicated to advancing the development and professionalism of the real estate sector in Cambodia. Additionally, he serves as the President of the ASEAN Valuers Associations (AVA), promoting cooperation and collaboration among valuers in Southeast Asia. He has delivered numerous presentations and speeches on various topics related to the real estate industry and the role of CVEA.
